I play to have fun, as frageelay. Someone snagged that handle on Tumblr, grr. I don’t use a dictionary unless I’m hopelessly stumped because my goal is to challenge myself as well as spell as many naughty words as possible.

It’s likely my style will clash with “win at all costs” people, who will be disappointed by my pedestrian vocabulary, but I don’t mind. More and more I’m becoming like my dad: in it to amuse myself. And I’m having a blast.

I’m a bit more competitive, but I’m not above losing. Nor am I above losing to someone who’s doubled my score and then playing against them again (ahem @luciuskwok). Also, I don’t use dictionaries or anagram generators. And I can vouch for frageelay’s fun-ness.

Currently rocking/being rocked in 8 games, you can find me at beigeinside. Though don’t expect a quick game necessarily.

My local coffee shop as a respite from the cold and wet.

It snowed in New York City this weekend. I was helping my friend move so I missed all of the pretty pictures of snow falling gently atop the small rolling hills of white. Now all that’s left are gray snow drifts and brown slush coating the sidewalks; basically the snowstorm hangover.
